We are a 100% Alpha Gal Safe home based bakery located in Jefferson City, MO. We are passionate about creating high quality food for those living with Alpha Gal Syndrome!
As someone who lives with Alpha Gal, along with two of my children, I know all too well what it’s like living with this complex allergy. We have made it our mission to change the food world, one bite at a time - because everyone deserves a seat at the table.
